Support, billing and refunds
Email ribanixlabs@zohomail.in. For billing questions include the email of your Mimicore account and, if you have it, the payment id from your receipt. Refund rules are in the refund and cancellation policy.
For a technical problem the fastest way is the Support tab inside Mimicore: an assistant answers at once, or opens a ticket for you with the right diagnostics and emails you at every step. Without the app, Settings → Privacy & data → Copy support info gives you details with no personal data to paste into an email.

Misuse of a cloned voice, privacy or security
If someone is using a voice without permission, or you found a security problem, write to ribanixlabs@zohomail.in with the details. Please give us a chance to fix security issues before sharing them publicly. See the acceptable use policy and the privacy policy.
