MIMICORE - REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This explains how cancelling, free trials and refunds work for Mimicore Live and Studio. It is part of the License Agreement. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

THE FREE TRIAL COSTS NOTHING

• To start a free trial we charge a small payment-method check (INR 2 or USD 1). We refund it automatically, usually within minutes, and your bank or card issuer then shows the money back within 5 to 7 working days.
• Nothing else is charged during the trial. Billing starts only when the trial ends.
• If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged, and you keep access until the trial ends.

CANCELLING A SUBSCRIPTION

• You can cancel at any time on your account page (Your subscriptions). It takes one click.
• Cancelling stops all future charges. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for.
• We do not give partial refunds for the unused part of a period you chose to keep, except as described below.

7-DAY REFUND

• If you are charged and you are not happy, write to us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. This applies to the first payment after a trial, to renewals you did not mean to make, to 30-day and 1-year passes, and to Lifetime plans.
• A refunded purchase ends the access it paid for.

MISTAKES AND PROBLEMS

• A duplicate charge, a wrong amount, a charge after you cancelled, or a charge that did not give you the plan you paid for is always refunded in full, whenever you tell us.
• If a payment fails, Razorpay retries it for a few days. If it still fails, the subscription is paused and you are not charged.

HOW TO ASK FOR A REFUND

• Use the contact page on the website or write to the support address there. Include the email of your Mimicore account and, if you have it, the Razorpay payment id from your receipt.
• We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method (card, UPI or bank account) and normally show up within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

• Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the law of your country.
